This vegetable sauce is a special sauce which is my signature that I will like to share with you. It’s very healthy and full of nutrients and full of flavors. I just thought of it that all the vegetables we use for fried rice, if it’s combined and use it as a sauce won’t it be fantastic? And i decided to try it and it came out fantabulously delicious. It’s very easy to make, the only difficult thing there is, the cutting of the vegetables, apart from that it’s super easy to prepare. It can be eaten with white rice, it’s very very nice with spaghetti, you can eat it with boiled yam even with jollof rice. The interesting part is that it’s has all kinds of proteins like shaki, round about, beef, and the crunchiness of the carrots are desirable. The ingredients you will be needing

  1. Assorted meats
  2. 1kg of carrots
  3. 500g of green pepper
  4. 500g of red pepper
  5. 1 Can of sardine
  6. 500g of liver
  7. 5 Yellow scent pepper
  8. 4 Scotch bonnet pepper
  9. 4 Medium size onions
  10. Half head of garlic
  11. 210g Of tin tomatoes
  12. 2 Handful of spring onions
  13. 2 Cop spoon of vegetable oil
  14. Seasoning cube to taste
  15. Salt to taste.

Preparations for the ingredients

  • Was your carrots and cut them and set aside
  • Wash your Assorted meats and pour into a clean pot and put it on fire
  • Add your seasoning cube to taste
  • Add your salt to taste
  • Add some diced onions
  • Add some water
  • Cover it to cook till tender and fry them and set aside
  • Wash your green pepper and cut them and set aside
  • Wash your red pepper, cut them and set aside
  • Peel the garlic and wash it, chup it and set aside
  • wash your liver and cook it, then cut it and set aside

  • Put a clean pot on fire
  • Pour your vegetable oil
  • Once it’s hot, add some diced onions
  • Add your chopped garlic and allow it to fry a bit
  • pour your tomatoes paste and stir it very well and allow it to fry
  • Add your blended peppers and onions and stir it together and allow it to fry very well
  • Add your fried asserted meats and leave it for a minute
  • Add your carrot and mix it well
  • Add your green pepper
  • Add your red pepper and mix it well
  • Add your sardine
  • Add your seasoning cube to taste and salt to taste
  • Add your spring onions and stir very well allow it to boil for a minute, then turn off the heat and Voilà, your sauce is ready.
