
Goat Meat pepper soup is one of my favorite pepper soup, there are different types of pepper soup in Nigeria, like cat fish pepper soup, cow meat pepper soup, Assorted meat pepper soup etc, but this goat meat pepper soup is my favorite because of the scent of the goat meat it gives me the happies. Most people in Nigeria loves pepper soup generally, soup people take it to clear there cold, most women that gives birth in Nigeria takes pepper soup to cleanse there system. It’s a very healthy soup that helps you to clean your body system. It can be eaten with white rice, eko, you can also cook it with unripe plantain, or with yam inside it, and it’s very delicious very yummyscious.

The ingredients you will be needing to prepare goat meat pepper soup
- 1kg of goat meat
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 stick of ginger
- 10 Fresh scent pepper
- 10 Scotch bonnet pepper
- 4 Big size of onions
- 3 table spoons of pepper soup ingredients
- 2 Handful of scent leaves
- 1 Handful of uziza leave
- Seasoning cube to taste
- Salt to taste

Preparation of the ingredients
- Wash your goat meat very well cut into the size you prefer and pour into a clean pot, season it with seasoning cube to taste, salt to taste, add chopped garlic and ginger, pour some water and put it on fire and allow it to cook
- Wash your scent leaves and cut it and set aside
- Wash your Uziza leave and cut it and set aside
- Wash your peppers and onions Blend them together and set aside.onec you are done with all the preparations, then you are ready to start cooking.

Method on How to Prepare Goat Meat pepper soup
- Once the goat meat that is on fire is tender,
- Add your blended pepper and onions
- Add your pepper soup ingredients
- Taste it if it’s needs seasoning cube then you can add to taste
- If it’s need salt you can add to taste
- Cover it to boil for 2minutes
- Add your scent leaves
- Add your Uziza leaves
- let it boil for a minute
- Turn off the fire and your goat meat pepper soup is ready! Please try it and let me know the out come.
