The ingredients you will be needing to prepare oilless seafood Okro
- 1 kg of crocker fish.
- 500g of okro.
- 20 pieces of tiger prawns.
- 500g of calamari.
- 5 pieces of big sizes of snail.
- 300g of stock fish.
- 2 big size of dry cat fish.
- 5 pieces of fresh scent yellow pepper.
- 5 pieces of scotch bonnet pepper.
- 4 medium size of onions.
- 1 Cup spoon of crayfish powder
- seasoning cube to taste
- Salt to taste
- potash

Preparation of the ingredient
- Wash your fresh fish and cut into the size of your choice, season it with seasoning cube and salt to taste and set aside
- Wash your okro and choppe it and set aside
- Wash your tiger prawns and season it and set aside
- Wash the calamari cut it and season it and set aside
- Wash the stock fish, soak it with hot water and add some little salt, set aside
- Wash your dry cat fish, debone it, set aside
- Wash 1 medium size of onions, dice it and set aside
- Wash the peppers and the remaining onions and blend them together and set aside
- Blend your crayfish and set aside
- Wash your snail very well, pour into a clean pot, season it with seasoning cube and salt to taste, add chopped onion, pour some water and cook it till it’s tender, then set aside. Once all the preparations are done, then you can start cooking.

Method on How to Prepare oilless seafood Okro soup
- Get a clean pot on fire
- pour your stock water of the snail
- pour additional water and allow it to boil
- Add the fresh fish
- Add the tiger prawns
- Add your calamari
- Add the stock fish
- Add the dry cat fish
- Add the snails
- Pour the blended pepper mixtures, and cover it to boil for 2minutes
- Get another clean pot on fire
- Pour 1 cup of water
- Add 1 tea spoon of potash, once the water is boiled
- pour the chopped okro and stir it well, let it boil for 2minutes, turn off the fire
- remove the Crocker fish gently from the sauce so that it won’t get disband.
- Also remove the tiger prawns so that it won’t get over cooked
- Pour the okro into the sauce, mix it well
- Pour your crayfish
- Add your seasoning cube to taste
- Add your salt to taste
- Allow it to boil for a minute
- pour the fish back gently
- Pour back the prawns
